Sanjay Kumar     Partner, Strategic Services

Sanjay Kumar is a business leader with an impressive track record & client references spanning over two decades. He has rich and varied experience in financial & management accounting processes in various industry verticals within Commercial and Public Services, both in domestic and international business situations.

In 2006,  Sanjay launched a much awaited entrepreneurial venture, together with senior industry professionals who have expertise in Life Science, Healthcare and Public Services. Demonstrating leadership traits and foresight, he chose Washington DC Metro as the strategic location for his debut venture.

Prior to 9ciphers, Sanjay served as a Program Director at Unisys Corporation; here he was responsible for account management and delivering enterprise systems to federal civilian agencies such as the General Services Administration. He actively pursues initiatives & subject matter chapters on OMB's FMLoB Presidential initiative, Sarbanes Oxley Act, FASB & US GAAP, Government Financial Systems, amongst others.

Sanjay is very active in the industry and was elected Co-Chair of the Financial Management Internal Controls Subcommittee, a Shared Interest Group of the Industry Advisory Council (ACT/IAC), where he is leading industry groups engaged with the government on issues such as 'how to bring internal controls as part of ERP/COTS systems implementation'.

Niloy Chakravorty    Partner, PMO & Delivery

Niloy’s professional career spans over 20+ years of business and consulting experience in multiple capacities across companies in the pharmaceutical and consumer products sectors.

His areas of expertise include pharmaceutical contract management & chargebacks, customer relationship management, project and program management with business consulting experience spanning business process reengineering, solution architecting, ERP implementations and development of IT roadmaps to align with business strategy.

A PMP certified project manager, Niloy has a post-graduate degree in marketing management and a graduate degree in engineering.
