Our Management TeamSanjay Kumar Sivakumar Rajagopalan Michael Serghiou Sanjay Kumar is a business leader with an impressive track record & client references spanning over two decades. He has rich and varied experience in financial & management accounting processes in various industry verticals within Commercial and Public Services, both in domestic and international business situations. In 2006, Sanjay launched a much awaited entrepreneurial venture, together with senior industry professionals who have expertise in Life Science, Healthcare and Public Services. Demonstrating leadership traits and foresight, he chose Washington DC Metro as the strategic location for his debut venture. Prior to 9ciphers, Sanjay served as a Program Director at Unisys Corporation; here he was responsible for account management and delivering enterprise systems to federal civilian agencies such as the General Services Administration. He actively pursues initiatives & subject matter chapters on OMB's FMLoB Presidential initiative, Sarbanes Oxley Act, FASB & US GAAP, Government Financial Systems, amongst others. Sanjay is very active in the industry and was elected Co-Chair of the Financial Management Internal Controls Subcommittee, a Shared Interest Group of the Industry Advisory Council (ACT/IAC), where he has lead industry groups engaged with the government on issues such as 'how to bring internal controls as part of ERP/COTS systems implementation'. Sivakumar Rajagopalan Partner, Strategic SolutionsSivakumar Rajagopalan is an innovator with tremendous sense of a creative genius. This, together with his sharp business acumen, has helped him be effective & successful during his professional experience over past two & half decades. Sivakumar has experience in promoting multiple entrepreneurial ventures in the past & has been the key pillar & contributor in shaping 9ciphers business roadmap since inception. Sivakumar's professional career involved consulting and work assignments in various capacities across Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Consumer Products, Hi Tech and Automotive industries. His areas of expertise include Supply Chain Management, (Clinical and Commercial), Enterprise Quality Management Systems, Audits, Program Management, and Project Management. Sivakumar's business consulting skills range from Value Engineering, Business Transformation through developing IT Roadmaps to align with Business Strategy. Sivakumar is credited with thought leadership in the areas of Clinical Supply Chain and Enterprise Quality Management including pioneering right-shoring of ERP Validation. Sivakumar is also credited with development of several innovative solutions using Mobile and RFID technology for Healthcare, Consumer Products, Banking, Event Management, Real Estate, Small Medium Business and Public Sector industries. Sivakumar is a Chartered Engineer with Institute of Engineers, India Chapter. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Science, specializing in Industrial Engineering and has subsequently been trained in Total Quality Management (TQM). Sivakumar has undergone the Fellowship training at the Technical University of Aachen, Germany under the United Nations Development Project, The Leadership training at the Yale University, School of Management, and is now pursuing Masters Program in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs at the Temple University, Pennsylvania, USA. Michael Serghiou Global Leader OutsourcingMichael Serghiou is a veteran IT and BPO professional and brings over 27 years of IT and business consulting experience. His extensive skills include global outsourcing (ITO/BPO), shared services transformation, project management, systems/applications implementation, strategic planning, and IT/IS management . Michael's consulting and business experience include planning, implementation, and development and design of business systems and processes as well as IT/IS systems and processes, and covers numerous global delivery, shared services locations including US, India, Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, China and Romania. He is a frequent guest speaker at outsourcing seminars and has authored several white papers on globalization. Prior to joining 9ciphers, Michael held senior management positions in companies such as neoIT, Genpact, M&M/Mars, Prudential Securities and Liberty Brokerage. At these organizations, he managed various business units and as a result, gained a deep understanding of IT, technology, business processes and operations. His domain expertise includes Consumer Goods, Retail, Financial Services and Technology. |
